We want our customers to be happy with their purchase, so we offer a flexible return policy should your new furniture arrive and not be the perfect fit for you.
Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. Items returned within 100 days of delivery (and outside of the 14 day return window) will receive a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee. Please note that all Pillows and Special Order Items are non-returnable.

These chairs are fabulous! The chairs are very modern looking. I love them! Bonus: the chair are extremely comfortable. I have sat in them straight with my feet on the floor, with my feet curled up underneath me, and I have tossed my legs over the side and sat sideways in them. All positions were comfortable. I highly recommend these chairs.

We got this for a Redding chair on the bedroom. It is perfect. The order and delivery process was easy and pretty fast. We decided to order a couch and different chair, in fact. Delivery this time is not going as well but it’s the holidays! I highly recommend giving BenchMade a try.

This chair is truly outstanding. My son is a heavyweight and I needed a chair with a weight capacity more than 250 pounds. It is handsome in the leather and will be a great addition to our family room. I have to say it's no light weight in price.
