- Standard cushions are made from high-quality, high-resiliency CertiPUR-US® foam wrapped in premium fiber, giving you a supportive, comfortable sit and a sleek look that’s low maintenance.
- Down alternative cushions feature a back cushion that’s filled with 100% premium fiber and a seat cushion with a high-quality, high-resiliency CertiPUR-US® foam core wrapped in down-alternative fiber. Down alternative cushions give you sink-in comfort with a supportive sit & a relaxed look. Regular fluffing keeps your piece looking perfect.

We want our customers to be happy with their purchase, so we offer a flexible return policy should your new furniture arrive and not be the perfect fit for you.
Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. Items returned within 100 days of delivery (and outside of the 14 day return window) will receive a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee. Please note that all Pillows and Special Order Items are non-returnable.

This sofa was a major purchase for me. I debated spending this much, but I fell in love with the aesthetic and wanted something that would last. The complimentary design service was a huge help, and the shipping estimate was accurate. As for the sofa? Gorgeous (and supremely comfy). I’ve taken plenty of naps on it already! I won’t lie— maintaining the velvet makes me anxious, but it looks so good I don’t mind.

We are a family of 4 with young kids and love to entertain. We have put these couches through the wringer for 3+ years and they still look new. We chose a high performance gray fabric and we have been so happy. The fabric cleans well and the cushions have held their shape even with lots of wear and tear.

We really like our crowd pleaser sofa - we got the premium leather (Marfa) and love the way it looks. We have a couch dog and know that it will have scratches, but we like the lived in look and chose the leather because of the way it would wear. We got the softer cushions and are so glad that we did because they are a little stiff - hopefully they will break in over time and soften up. We opted for the white glove delivery service and unfortunately, the team delivering had never delivered for BenchMade before and were unsure about how to put it together and I had to stop them from using a box cutter on the box that was clearly marked NO BOX BUTTER. They also asked about taking away the packaging, which was part of the white glove service. They also rescheduled the deliver twice. Not BenchMade's fault, but I expected the same level of professionalism and service that I got from BenchMade. Overall, while being nervous about purchasing a sofa sight and sit unseen, I am very happy with the sofa and hope to have it for many, many years to come.

The sectional is very nice. However, it was delivered damaged and sat on its side in my house for over a month before they could get someone to fix it.
