Shipping starts at $149 for made-to-order upholstered furniture & will be automatically calculated at checkout. Shipping starts at $29 for smaller designs delivered by UPS or FedEx.

We want our customers to be happy with their purchase, so we offer a flexible return policy should your new furniture arrive and not be the perfect fit for you.
Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. Items returned within 100 days of delivery (and outside of the 14 day return window) will receive a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee. Please note that all Pillows and Special Order Items are non-returnable.

Arrived earlier and estimated and the bed is indeed as advertised. Nice proportions, especially the thickness of the headboard. This is a great bed for the cost and certainly recommended to others.
A thought for Benchmade - provide on-line detail all miscelanous dimensions, included height of side rails. This is very helpful in determining mattress and bed seated height & visible height of head and foot boards after the mattress and bedding is installed. I also suggest caring height / style feet options. I love what I have, jsut coudl specify more for cleints if know more and have more flibilty with feet/ heights.

Bought the Catalina platform bed and chose white glove delivery; it was delivered and set up by the delivery team and the bed is very high quality; we are very happy with it and also very happy we went with the taller headboard

Love the 85" size, it works very well in a Chicago condominium setting. The bench cushion makes the sofa particularly comfortable and attractive. The seat is quite deep and works really well for the tall people amoung us. Those of smaller stature may need a good pillow behind their backs.
The upholstery is if very good quality and I think it will wear well. I do wish there was a way of constructing the bench seat upholstery so that the cushion could be flipped and used on either side. Having the seam 3-4 inches from the front edge prevents this due to the directional nature of the fabric.
All in all we are very happy. We chose white glove delivery and it was well worth it! The delivery was well coordinated, professional and very quick.
