We want our customers to be happy with their purchase, so we offer a flexible return policy should your new furniture arrive and not be the perfect fit for you.
Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. Items returned within 100 days of delivery (and outside of the 14 day return window) will receive a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee. Please note that all Pillows and Special Order Items are non-returnable.

My wife and I absolutely love our two leather Bruno chairs. The seat and back angles, padding, and arm configigurations makes them very comfortable. The construction is solid. They look beautiful in our living room and add a touch of class. These chairs were well worth the extra cost compared with other models we looked at, and they seem made to last for many years.

I recently received this chair in granite leather and my initial impression is that it's exactly as advertised - incredibly well made and comfortable. The leather and walnut are beautiful, the stitching is tidy, and the back of the chair is a single piece of material so it looks nice from all angles in the middle of the room. There is a subtle wedge shape to the seat that I did not appreciate from the pictures that makes for easy lounging. It arrived without any damage or wear thanks to solid packaging. Assuming the cushion holds up over time, which I expect it will, this classy piece of furniture is well worth the price.
