Shipping rates to the 48 contiguous United States vary based on the type of items in your order and the total, non-discounted price of your order. Shipping starts at $149 for made-to-order upholstered furniture & will be automatically calculated at checkout. Shipping starts at $29 for smaller designs delivered by UPS or FedEx.

We want our customers to be happy with their purchase, so we offer a flexible return policy should your new furniture arrive and not be the perfect fit for you.
Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. Items returned within 100 days of delivery (and outside of the 14 day return window) will receive a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee. Please note that all Pillows and Special Order Items are non-returnable.

We love our new Benchmade sofa. What drew us in first was the ability to select the length of each section, critical for us because of a long but narrow room.
Secondly, we loved how quickly it arrived with expert delivery men who figured how to bring the sofa inside despite challenges. We’re still unpacking boxes and the new house is a mess but the sofa is our quiet and crazy comfortable place.
