We want our customers to be happy with their purchase, so we offer a flexible return policy should your new furniture arrive and not be the perfect fit for you.
Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. Items returned within 100 days of delivery (and outside of the 14 day return window) will receive a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee. Please note that all Pillows and Special Order Items are non-returnable.

I recently received this chair in granite leather and my initial impression is that it's exactly as advertised - incredibly well made and comfortable. The leather and walnut are beautiful, the stitching is tidy, and the back of the chair is a single piece of material so it looks nice from all angles in the middle of the room. There is a subtle wedge shape to the seat that I did not appreciate from the pictures that makes for easy lounging. It arrived without any damage or wear thanks to solid packaging. Assuming the cushion holds up over time, which I expect it will, this classy piece of furniture is well worth the price.

I was chair shopping for some time for a mid-century style chair when I came across Benchmade and the Bruno chair. It hit the retro notes I like and blended it with some modern flair that made for a beautiful piece of furniture. It was more expensive than I originally planned but given the fabric options that arrived really fast, being made in the USA, and their quality assurance, I opted for something better. It came way faster than any other retailer I’ve bought from recently too. Very happy with the craftsmanship, style and comfort of this chair.
